•  Shipping Responsibility: Snack Packs by Shaethoven is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen once they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

•  Temperature-Sensitive Items: While we take steps to protect items (e.g., chocolates) during warmer months, we are not responsible for melting or heat damage that occurs during shipping. Selecting expedited shipping is recommended for sensitive items during warm weather.

•  Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address may not be refunded if they are not delivered.
