Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment: Full payment is required for all standard, pre-designed snack packs before shipping or pickup.

Cancellation Policy (Standard Packs): Orders for standard packs may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received within 2 hours of the order being placed, provided the order has not yet been shipped or prepared for pickup.

Cancellation Policy (Custom/Event Orders): Custom and event orders canceled after the deposit has been paid will forfeit the deposit. If the order is fully paid and cancellation occurs after sourcing has begun, a refund of up to
50% of the total price may be issued, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Refunds (Food Items): Due to the perishable nature of food and snack items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
